IMMUNIZATION RECORDS
It is very important to keep your child's immunization and medical records up to date. Required immunizations from the State of Maryland for the 2023-2034 school year can be found in the blue box to the right. You can update your child's medical records by submitting the downloadable forms on your School Admin Checklist to your physician.
